We ship worldwide and to all international destinations. International delivery times vary between 4 – 12 business days depending on your location and shipping method you have chosen.

International parcels are sent via FedEx and insured for full value. Ready-to-ship items will be carefully packaged & shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed Argentinian holidays.

Custom orders & made-to-order items are produced and shipped/delivered within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated. Every made-to-order listing is clearly marked as such.

OWO is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Sometimes the shipping time exceeds the estimate due to factors outside of our control.

Please note that the order amount at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

You should receive an email confirmation after you’ve placed an order. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an additional email containing the tracking information for your package.



We work hard to ensure that your carefully chosen purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed using crumpled kraft paper as void filler between objects inside of the box to cushion against blows, and several layers of honeycomb packing paper tightly secured around each piece to keep pots safe from both outside forces and striking against each other. We've also made the switch from regular plastic packing tape to paper tape, ensuring the entire box is now easily recyclable.



We want happy customers! We will accept returns on non-sale items only, within 7 days of receipt of the item, given that they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at and let us know what you’re returning.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and that they be insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note that all sales are final on custom work. No refunds or returns will be issued.



While we take great care in packing our pieces, accidents can occur. Should a piece arrive in damaged condition, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving the package. Kindly include the following details:

(1) Capture a photo of the box upon arrival with all labels visible, especially if it shows signs of damage.
(2) Open and unpack the box with care.
(3) Unwrap the bubble wrap around the piece, and take a photo.
(4) Photograph any damages, ensuring both the whole piece and close-ups are visible.
(5) Hold on to all parts of the piece and the packing materials, please.

To facilitate a replacement, please notify us of any damages within 48hs of delivery. Damages outside of the 2 day limit will not be replaced or refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will be expired.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.
