CUSTOM ORDERS
We are open to creating custom pieces in specific colors, sizes and materials for clients. Please message us at info@owoceramics.com and we can discuss the possibility of creating a unique item for you.
Key considerations to keep in mind when placing an order for custom work:
(1) Kindly note that all sales are final on custom orders.
(2) The commencement of the design, material selection, and production of the pieces occurs upon payment receipt.
(3) The lead time for custom projects ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity of the pieces ordered.
(4) We will provide various material options (clays, glazes, etc.) and design choices for you to select from.
(5) Once the design and colors have been decided upon and approved by the client, the possibility of changes will depend on the production stage. Please be aware that making alterations is likely to impact both the lead time and the pricing of the pieces.
(6) With a strong commitment to excellence and a genuine love for pottery-making, each piece is crafted with utmost dedication and effort.
(7) Whenever new glazes or colors are used, we create test tiles before applying them to the pieces and send you pictures for approval. We will perform as many tests as required to achieve the exact colors you seek.
(8) Production times are approximate, and there may be delays due to the artisanal nature of our pieces. When creating a piece for the first time or using a new glaze, challenges may arise, requiring additional time. This could involve conducting additional tests or even redoing the entire piece. We will keep you informed throughout the process, but it's important to understand that proper execution of our work requires sufficient time.
(9) Taking into account the factors mentioned earlier, along with potential customs or FedEx delays, we cannot assure a specific delivery date for the pieces.
(10) We are always available, and you can reach out via email whenever you need to check the status of your pieces. No decision is made without prior approval from the client, and we consistently provide photos of the process along with updates.
